  • 40 g 1 2/5 oz Tofu

  • 1 7 Grønsager

  • 4 tablespoons 1 22 Ramen

  • 1 1 7.3 Nudler

  • 60 g 2 1/8 oz Andet

Directions

  • Tofu
  • Pres vandet ud af tofuen evt. med et viskestykke
  • Skær tofuen i små tern og drys dem godt med salt og peber over det hele
  • Steg dem på en pande i lidt olie med hakket hvidløg og timian, Steges til de bliver gyldne på alle sider
  • Lad dem køle af på en sigte eller papir
  • Grønsager
  • Rens, skræl, skyl og snit alle grønsager
